The Carrington Fellowship program is a community-based one-year-long professional development program for entry to mid-level professionals. Fellows develop core leadership, communication, and program management skills, improve their network, and get mentored. This year, we welcome passionate young individuals from every corner of the 36 states in Nigeria to have a wider spread and impact.
